Cooley Station is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 549 lots. We are located east of Recker between Rittenhouse and Frye in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 22 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to Interstate 10.

Children in our community Kindergarten through eighth grade attend Higley Elementary and Middle School while high school students attend Higley High School. Both schools are part of the Higley Unified School District.

Cooley Station is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
